How long does shipping takes?
The time it takes for a parcel to be delivered is dependent on your delivery address as well as your chosen shipping method - the available options will be displayed at checkout alongside the costs and estimated delivery dates.
📦 Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the UK only. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the service selected at checkout:
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier): 3–5 business days — £4.95/*FREE for orders over £25
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — £7.95
- Large Order: 3–5 business days £7.95
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or external factors beyond our control.
📍 Delivery Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
- If your address is in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer.
📝 Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

Your estimated delivery date can be
found on your order confirmation email - if you haven’t received your
order on the estimated delivery date and you don’t know why, please
track your order using the tracking number you have been provided with.
If your order confirmation email /
tracking information hasn’t arrived in your email inbox, please check
your junk mail folder for this.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery of this is outside of our
control. However, if you experience any problems, or have any questions
about the status of your order, please contact us and we will help you in any way we can.

What should i do if my Parcel is Lost, Delayed or Damaged?
🚫 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel is delayed, please allow up to 7 business days after dispatch before contacting us.
- In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
I would like to return or replace my order
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
- To be eligible, you must notify us of the return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling cannot be returned for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened marker packs or individual markers.
- Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless defective).
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo/video of the issue.
- Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund (including shipping).
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or defective items).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at adamsmartltd@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and proof (if applicable).
- Wait for our confirmation before sending the product back.
- Ship the item securely, at your cost (unless the product is defective/damaged).
How does 'aim to give best prices' work?
We are confident that our prices are the lowest around, but if you find a product we sell cheaper elsewhere, just send us the details of where you saw the items so we can verify the prices. We will then do our best to offer you a better deal.
When comparing prices don’t forget to include VAT, shipping and minimum order values.
