Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

To be eligible, you must notify us of the return within 7 days of delivery.

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling cannot be returned for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened marker packs or individual markers.

Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless defective).
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo/video of the issue.

Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund (including shipping).
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or defective items).
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
