Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver orders across the United Kingdom.


📦 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within the UK only. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the service selected at checkout:

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier): 3–5 business days — £4.95/*FREE for orders over £25

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — £7.95

  • Large Order: 3–5 business days £7.95

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or external factors beyond our control.


📍 Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

  • If your address is in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer.


📝 Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.


🚫 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel is delayed, please allow up to 7 business days after dispatch before contacting us.

  • In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please notify us within  24 hours with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
