We currently ship to addresses within the UK only. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the service selected at checkout:

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier): 3–5 business days — £4.95/*FREE for orders over £25
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — £7.95
• Large Order: 3–5 business days £7.95

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or external factors beyond our control.

📍 Delivery Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
• If your address is in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer.

📝 Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

🚫 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

• If your parcel is delayed, please allow up to 7 business days after dispatch before contacting us.
• In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please notify us within  24 hours with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
• To be eligible, you must notify us of the return within 7 days of delivery.
• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling cannot be returned for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened marker packs or individual markers.
• Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless defective).

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo/video of the issue.
• Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund (including shipping).

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or defective items).

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Request a Return

2. Wait for our confirmation before sending the product back.
3. Ship the item securely, at your cost (unless the product is defective/damaged).
