Non-permanent marker pens suitable for windows, chalk boards, metals, plastics and any non-porous surface, Ideal for Menu boards.. Great for temporary text and drawings. To remove, use a damp cloth or for more stubborn stains, whiteboard cleaners or try a solution of equal parts water and white vinegar. These chalk markers have a bullet tip with a medium line width of 1.8-2.5mm. Packs of 4, available as 4 assorted, red, blue, yellow and white colours.

Ideal for signs in pubs, cafes and restaurants. Rain-resistant, so they're great for signs outdoors, but can be removed from non-porous surfaces with a damp cloth or mild detergent.

Weather resistant yet can easily be wiped away with a damp cloth, Create eye catching designs with the vivid ink colour.

📍 Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
If your address is in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

🚫 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please allow up to 7 business days after dispatch before contacting us.
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
To be eligible, you must notify us of the return within 7 days of delivery.
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling cannot be returned for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened marker packs or individual markers.
Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless defective).

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo/video of the issue.
Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund (including shipping).

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or defective items).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
