The Uni Posca Water based Pigment Ink Markers give you bright, opaque colours on almost any surface from paper to metal, fabrics, plastic and even stone.

The water-based ink won't bleed through papers and rubs off glass with ease, but allow it to dry and you can apply new layers over the top. Lightfast, water resistant once dry and can be used on almost any surface.

The Uni Posca Marker comes with a polyester nib

The pens can be made permanent on the following surfaces:

Terracotta: by baking at 220 degrees for 45 minutes, then spraying with clear varnish
Porcelain: by baking at 160 degrees for 45 minutes, then spraying with clear varnish
Glass: by baking in the oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes then spraying with clear varnish
Textiles: by ironing on reverse Metal, plastic and wood: by spraying with clear varnish
Excellent for illustration, posters, sign writing or any of your other artistic needs.

Delivery & Return

We currently ship to addresses within the UK only. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the service selected at checkout:

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier): 3–5 business days — £4.95/*FREE for orders over £25
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — £7.95

📍 Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
If your address is in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer.

📝 Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

🚫 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please allow up to 7 business days after dispatch before contacting us.
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
To be eligible, you must notify us of the return within 7 days of delivery.
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling cannot be returned for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened marker packs or individual markers.
Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless defective).

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo/video of the issue.
Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund (including shipping).

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or defective items).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Wait for our confirmation before sending the product back.
Ship the item securely, at your cost (unless the product is defective/damaged).
